I’m Niko McGrath, a Japan-based analyst and consultant in the making. Cal Poly grad, former founder, and a relentless builder who likes turning ambiguity into a plan people can actually follow.
The short version
I co-founded and ran a hardware business, taught and lived abroad, and kept building software and systems on the side. The throughline: I like understanding how things really work, then making them work better for the people who use them.
I’m bilingual (English / 日本語) and aiming at business-analyst and consulting roles where that mix of analysis, communication, and hands-on delivery pays off.
